Q: How do I delete my account?
A: To delete your account, simply log in, go to your profile, and then click Edit Account/Profile. Then click the Unsubscribe link at the top of the Edit Form. On the Unsubscribe page, click the checkbox to unsubscribe either from that particular site or from the entire Connect Platform of sites.

Q: How do I edit my information and/or e-mail address?
A: To edit your information/profile, simply log in, go to your profile and on the right hand side, click Edit Account/Profile. From here, you should be able to edit your information including your e-mail address.

Q: I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?
A: To retrieve your password, click the "Fetch Password" link under the login box. If you do not see a link to Fetch Password, enter your e-mail address and on the next page, you should see the link. Simply enter your e-mail address you used to sign up with and your password will be e-mailed to you.

Q: I forgot my password AND I no longer have access to the e-mail address I signed up with. How can I get my password?
A: Simply click here to go to our contact form and let us know.

Q: I forgot which e-mail address I used to sign up. How do I find out?
A: To find out which e-mail address you used, you will need to contact our offices. Click Here to go to our contact form.

Q: How do I remove someone from my Friend's List?
A: To remove a contact, there are 2 ways:
  • If they sent you a message, click on the message and click the "Cancel Friendship" link at the top of the message.
  • Visit the profile of the person in question and on the right hand side, there should be a link to Cancel Friendship.
Q: I do not fit the demographic for this web site. Can I still join?
A: The site is non-exclusive. Anyone is free to join our sites regardless of demographic.
